The San Diego Boot Camp is located on East Mission Bay Drive in San Diego. It is a short distance from the South Clairemont Park, where they actually hold many of their classes. The classes at the San Diego Boot Camp last for an hour. They do have a shorter class called the Fit in 45 which last 45 minutes and is very popular with those on a busy schedule. The Martial Arts side of the Boot Camp is done by Jose Rogers, who has over 34 years experience in varying martial art styles. The owner John Simms also has extensive martial arts training with various degrees of belts. John is a certified trainer and has his certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He continually strives to improve his knowledge by attending professional seminars and by adding additional certifications to his arsenal.
